Coach Eric Del Rosso is entering his 3rd year of coaching in Washington D.C. / Virginia Area. He currently serves as the Head Coach for Prime Time's 14U AAA squad.
Alongside his commitment to Prime Time, Eric serves as an Assistant Coach for Yorktown High School's varsity program. There he specializes in Outfield and working with hitters. The past two seasons Eric was Yorktown's Assistant JV coach.
As a player, Eric was a four-year starter at Kenyon College where he played Outfield (primarily CF/RF) and helped in the infield due to injuries. He hit primarily 2nd his junior and senior years. In high school, Eric was a two-year starter and senior captain for his team which won Back-to-Back State Championships in Massachusetts.
As a coach, Eric believes players can improve/excel if they're able to practice and execute the basic elements of baseball at a high level. His goals for his team is to have hitters that are "aggressively smart", a defense that is communicative, and pitchers who develop gameplans and execute.
